Returns: what the policy means from the UK
The seller gives you 30 calendar days from receipt. Goods must go back sealed, unopened, unused and undamaged, and you must contact customer service first. The refund is due within 15 days of the seller receiving the parcel, and the returns address is in Alphen aan den Rijn in the Netherlands.
The key point for you: for returns from outside the EU, which includes the UK, the policy puts all return costs on you, covering shipping, customs fees, duties and VAT. A parcel that arrives with unpaid charges can be refused, and then no refund is made. Return postage is never refunded. A trip back to the Netherlands could eat a fair share of the price of one pack, which is why starting small makes sense.

The shipping policy says customers outside the EU and EEA bear customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees where they apply. The UK is outside the EU. The checkout shows pounds and does not say whether import VAT is included, so we cannot tell you whether a charge could arise on your parcel.
Ask the seller in writing whether your order is sent duty-paid, and keep the reply. Check the total and any tax line before paying. A surprise charge from the carrier at the door is a familiar complaint with cross-border orders.
